Before founding Telio Mobility, our CEO Elio Montes experienced the transportation industry from the inside out — not as an executive, but as a driver. After relocating to the United States, he spent months working in on-demand mobility and delivery services, gaining first-hand understanding of the realities and challenges independent drivers face every day.
That experience, combined with years leading large-scale infrastructure and technology operations, shaped the core belief behind Telio:
